Our annual maintenance, servicing and calibration solutions are recommended to keep your test tunnel operating at peak performance. Guaranteeing the instruments will continue to operate to specification, while minimizing the risk of unexpected failures. Our solutions include:
Maintenance Packages
We offer bespoke on-site maintenance packages for your tunnels, tailored specifically to your needs. Thermocouple calibration is available as part of the package.
Annual Service, Calibration & Certification
This service is available for Obscuration Meters and Atomisers.
Regular, planned, preventive maintenance and servicing on the instrument(s):
• Minimises downtime on high volume production lines.
• Ensures equipment is fully operational and within factory specifications.
• Extends the operating life of the instruments.
• Replaces worn parts before they affect equipment or instruments performance.
• Provides routine or recommended servicing.

Flight cases are available for £300 (If a flight case is purchased, your instruments will be returned to you inside the case post servicing)
Calibration and servicing is completed off-site at our UK factory and requires shipping of your instruments. Prices exclude shipping, return shipping costs are dependant on location, please contact us for a price.
